This little “course” ties in with the Resolving Challenging Behaviour course, and I’ve made it separate to clarify that it’s entirely optional – unless you require CEUs, in which case it’s mandatory. π
In order to access the self-assessment, click “Take this Course” below, and the self-assessments will be added to your profile.

I do all the quizzes.. For me it is a brilliant way of making sure I have taken in all the information.
Great to hear, Suzy! π
I really like this update to your classes. I also appreciate how you explain why this is the right answer. Multiple choice questions can be confusing. Iβve sometimes walked away and thought, βwell I passed but Iβm still confusedβ.
Thanks for the feedback, Janette! I actually try to make it a learning moment, so that even if you were confused when you started the test, you’ll be a little bit wiser after…! π
Great way to find out how well Iβve understood and remembered what youβve talked about
π Glad to hear that, Mary! π
I have done all of them. I Line them! Sometimes they have been quite hard but it is a great way to test my understanding and your answers are in themselves small summariesπ
π I tried to make them a learning opportunity rather than feeling like a correction, in case you made mistakes!
I’m happy you can try the quiz multiple times. I use my cell phone, and sometimes doesn’t record my answer correctly.
π
I learn a lot from the explanations of the answer. Excellent teaching strategyπ
Well, I didn’t want to leave you hangin’! π and yes, it’s an intentional teaching strategy – quizzes are for learning!
I do too , it helps me retain what I have learnt in that module πππ₯΄
I like the quizes – it wraps the module up for me.
Great to hear, Mia! π
The quizes are good to check myself, did I understand the material and what was maybe missed, confusing etc. What needs to be looked over, digged deeper.
π glad you found them useful! π
I like the questions after each module. Sometimes it takes a bit of time to think of the right answer and then suddenly it pops up in my memory. I hope it helps me retain all that I’ve learned a bit better. As there is quite a lot to remember.
It gives me a little bit of stress too, even though I just do it for myself. But I guess that helps me get a bit more resilient. π
Thanks Jolanda – so glad you find them useful! π I try to reduce the stress by not making them obligatory… but I get it!
I have really enjoyed the quizzes as they help me discover where my weaker points are so I can focus on learning more.
Thank you for this amazing course – Like all your other courses, you really knocked it out of the park!
Thanks so much! π
Questions definitely help to solidify information learnt, and I like the ‘tactic’ of not revealing how many answers there are at any given question too!
π (I always thought that knowing the number of answers made the question infinitely much more trivial!)
Thank you for the thoughful addition of quizes. I looked forward to them at the end of each module. They were also another learning opportunity.
great to hear, Andrea! π
I enjoyed doing the quizzes and it definitely added to my retention of information.
glad to hear that! π
These were so useful both to concrete the learning and often to remind me to read the question properly.
I really appreciate the quizzes, it underlines the learning and solidifies the understanding and is a great positive reinforcers if I get 100%!!
That’s great to hear, Alison! π
