Resolving challenging behaviour – THE ALUMNI INVITATION
Welcome to rejoin me – and your fellow students – for another round of the RCB course! 🎉🥳
The 2023 course will be dismantled at the end of September 2024, so the only way to stay with the material beyond that deadline is to re-join as an alumnus.
Each year, the old course gets dismantled, so when you join again, it’s with all the new students, and with the modules released weekly or bi-weekly as before, in a new and improved version of the course.
What’s new? Well, every year I lift new questions/answers from the comments section, and update the links lists. Also, I’ve made some major revisions since the first pilot version in 2021:
- 2022 – Renaming the course, shuffling the order of modules as well as individual chapters changing place within and between modules. Changed names of several modules, including renaming changing behaviour to changing functions. Revised main framework concept as well as the arrow illustrating the stepwise progression through the problem solving journey. Also revising sections on socialization and resilience, as well as a section about adolescence.
- 2023 – Some minor changes made to modules 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9 and 10.
- 2024 – Not foreseeing any major changes as I’m about to open the course (I normally do the amendments as I’m about to release each module).
This course offer (at US$99:-, slightly less than 20% of the full price) is only available if you’ve already taken the Resolving Challenging Behaviour (originally Problem Solving) course.
The “real” course starts September 6th, when I’m releasing Module 1 (Not Getting Behaviour) – which is when this offer ends.
You’ll get another chance next year, no worries! 🙂

Yay, great to *see* you again, Anita! 🙂
Hi Karolina
Back again after deferring last year. Can the completed part from last year be carried over or am I best to start again?
Can’t wait to get started.
Hi Nellie, you’ll have to take notes on where you are in the 2023 version of the course – or simply start over… 🙂 This is a new course, so none of your progress will be transferred, unfortunately.
